Oversight of Selection Process

Presidium oversees the entire selection process matching the needs of our clients with vendors. After reviewing the goals and objectives for the plan, Presidium develops a proposal request. We review the submitted proposals, conduct in depth interviews with potential vendors, thoroughly check references, talk with current clients, review corporate filings and screen for any legal or compliance issues. 

Reports and Recommendations

We prepare a comprehensive report and recommend finalists. During a plan conversion, consolidation or merger to a new provider or investment manager, many questions and challenges arise. Our knowledge and experience in plan conversions and integration, provides plan sponsors the support necessary for a smooth transition.
