The rapidly changing legislation surrounding qualified retirement plans places a premium on a consultant's ability to understand the goals of the organization and to design a plan as unique as the company who sponsors it. We address all aspects of the plan including plan design, fiduciary risk, compliance and operational issues, regulatory changes, employee education and fee disclosure.

Retirement Plan Committee

Our experienced team can assist with the formation of a retirement plan committee, advising members of their roles and responsibilities, drafting committee by-laws and Conflicts of Interest Policy. We work with the plan’s committee, human resource staff and counsel to ensure the plan is operating according to the mandated plan rules and regulations.
